Dear User,

By registering on Auto.am you accept the following Terms of Use:

- Auto.am is not responsible for the contents of the car sale advertisements placed on the website (price, validity of information about the car/vehicle, etc.).

- Auto.am allows placing up to 10 advertisements from one account, including:

- In order to place more than 10 advertisements from one account, you need to sign a one-year agreement that will allow you to Become a dealer. You can Contact us to learn more about the conditions of the agreement and features available for dealers.

- It is prohibited for one user to advertise several cars from different accounts. Register once and use the same account to place all your advertisements.

- It is prohibited to place the same ad, using sections for various brands and models. Please, place the ad for one transport means in the relevant section once only.

- It is prohibited to include non-related advertisements and information in the car advertisement (spare parts, real estate, etc.).

- It is prohibited to enter related additional texts or labels in the images of the ad.

- It is prohibited to specify company or organization names in the first name and last name fields in the Personal Information section, or use them as profile pictures. This feature is only available with a Dealer account.

- It is prohibited to mention Armenia as the location of given transportation means, if it is still abroad or hasn’t arrived to Armenia yet. 

- It is prohibited to mention that customs clearance for given transportation means has been performed, if it is still abroad and the process hasn’t been completed in Armenia.

Your account will be blocked WITHOUT WARNING in case of violating the mentioned rules. 
 
* Blocking is a technical tool, which allows stopping subscribers from using the webpage’s services with the phone number and email address, provided during the registration. The placed ads are saved in the database without being published till the end of the deadline. The subscribers can deactivate blocking, if they eliminate the violation and confirm by email that the rules will not be violated in the future. In case of repeated violations, we will block the email address and phone number without restoration opportunity.  

- We recommend indicating the car price in AMD, in accordance with the Law on currency regulation and control. The website visitors can simultaneously see the price in USD and EUR as well by using the automated conversion system.

In case of violation of these conditions, all advertisements and accounts will be deleted WITHOUT A WARNING.

 1. Auto-am is a platform of vehicles for sale. It helps the users to buy and sell cars and other vehicles. Visitors make offers for the cars or other vehicles on the website. Auto.am does not realize direct sale of the vehicles and never performs as a party in the deals of sellers and buyers. Therefore, Auto.am a) does not guarantee any deal between buyer and seller, b) does not realize or transfer payment on behalf of buyer or seller, c) does not park, store or transport vehicles and d) is not responsible for possible disagreement or dispute between buyer and seller.

2. Content of the website. The information published on Auto.am is the property of the website administration, registered dealers and other organizations, as well as registered individuals. You can copy a piece of information from the website for your personal and not commercial use, but the content of the website must not be reused, changed, transferred, shared, displayed or sent for commercial or other purposes without written permission from Auto.am. You can address offers for using the website content for commercial or other purpose on the Contacts page. Auto.am is not responsible for consequences of possible errors on the website. You should not believe that the website and its content don’t contain errors. Auto.am reserves the right to realize the following changes on the website: services can be changed, added or canceled.

3. Payments. Placement of advertisements on Auto.am is free of charge. Payments are anticipated only for additional services, offered in the sale section. We can change or cancel partly or completely the type and amount of additional paid services, offered on Auto.am, at our sole discretion and at any time, warning the visitors about the changes beforehand.

Payment for services does not imply special treatment for the given advertisement. If the advertisement violates the Terms of Use of the website, is placed in an incorrect section or contains improper information, it will be deleted. In that case, it will not be restored, the service will not extend to other advertisements, and the paid sum will not be refunded.

In case of any technical issues on the website that resulted in failure of activation of a paid service, Auto.am guarantees full implementation of the service for the given client in case they provide proof of payment (receipt, digital bank reference/receipt). The sum paid for services is not refunded.
Activation of paid services can fail both due to issues on the websites and issues in the payment systems on Auto.am. In such cases, clients should apply to customer service of the mentioned payment systems or the bank where they hold cards.

4. The rights of Auto.am. Given the nature of the website and the volume of messages and advertisements, Auto.am cannot control and view all advertisements you place. Auto.am reserves the right to view, reject, transfer, delete or edit your advertisements at our sole discretion, at any time, and for any reason. By using the website you agree that Auto.am a) is not responsible for complaints, actions or court decisions related to or caused by the posted material, b) can view, reject, transfer, delete or edit your advertisements at our sole discretion, at any time, and for any reason without bearing responsibility and the obligation for compensation.

5. Prohibited actions. Below we present the list of actions that are prohibited on the website. You are not allowed a) to post Material that is obviously offensive towards the online community, particularly Material that promotes racism and extremism, contains calls for hate or physical violence towards an individual or a group of people, b) to engage in actions or post Material potentially harmful for the underage people, c) to engage in actions or post Material that can discriminate or encourage discrimination against an individual, d) to engage in actions, post Material or provide information that is false and deceptive, encourages illegal actions, is offensive, dangerous, improper, compromising or slanderous, e) to post pornographic or sexual Material, f) to post Material that provides instructions for illegal actions, such as illegal weapons production and trade, violation of an individual’s privacy, or provision/creation of computer viruses, g) to engage in actions or post Material that tricks out passwords or identification data from Users for illegal purposes, h) to use a method or program to hinder or try to hinder with normal operation of the website, i) to realize any action aimed at damaging or acquiring the source of Auto.am program code.

6. Stoppage of service. You understand and agree that Auto.am can stop or block temporarily your access to the website at its sole discretion and without a warning, and Auto.am can use any other method and delete any Material if Auto.am considers that your use of the website or the Material you post a) violates (i) Terms of Use, (ii) the rights of Auto.am, dealers and users or (iii) any law or regulation, or b) is aimed at fraud. Auto.am is not obliged to provide any compensation if your status as a Registered User is canceled, as in Auto.am’s opinion you violated the Terms of Use.

7. Additions. These Terms of Use can change at any time. You will be informed about the changes by the updated version of Terms and Conditions, which will be published on this page of the website. Your ongoing use of the website after the update in Terms and Conditions means that you agree with the changes. Auto.am can change, stop or limit operation of any part of the website without prior notice. Auto.am contains links to other websites that are not founded or controlled by Auto.am. Auto.am does not confirm, support or guarantee validity of the information of those websites and is not responsible for the comments, services or publications on those websites.

8․ Registration of personal data․ The subscribers’ personal data, email addresses, phone numbers are only used for registration on Auto.am webpage, phone number confirmation and in case Auto.am needs to contact them.

Auto.am webpage does not sell your personal data, does not provide it to a third party and does not publish it with commercial or other purposes, excluding cases provided for by the Armenian Constitution.

Except for the mentioned special case, we do not provide your personal information to a third party without your approval.

Auto.am does not have access to your payment cards or other banking information and cannot register or collect data; therefore, the company isn’t responsible for any loss caused to subscribers by a third party (including any case of third person’s access to the mentioned information and actions as a result).

You can edit your personal data (phone number, name and surname), as well as upload and change your profile picture in Personal info section (You have to Sign In to your Account, then click My account > Personal Info) 

An additional confirmation is required for changing the main phone number.

Click on Save button to complete the changes in this section.

Change password

Select Password button on the left menu, submit your old password and compose a new one in the field below. If you do not remember your old password, just click on My Page and then Exit. Select Sign in and Forgot my Password. You will receive the new password by following the instructions.

Social accounts

You have the opportunity to connect your account on Auto.am to those on Facebook or Google. This will allow you to enter the site easier and quicker, making the access to your page safer.

Change e-mail address

Your e-mail address cannot be changed, as your ads are linked to the submitted address, i.e. your login on the page. If you wish to change it anyway, you will have to delete your account and register once again with a new e-mail address.

9. Personal Data Deletion Request / Remove Account

The subscribers’ personal data, email addresses, phone numbers are only used for registration on Auto.am webpage, phone number confirmation and in case Auto.am needs to contact them.

If you want to delete your account on Auto.am, select Remove Account button in the left menu of Personal info (You have to Sign In to your Account, then click My account > Personal Info) section, then mention the cause and approve your desire to delete My Page by clicking Yes, delete red button.

You can register on the site again once you delete your existing account.

Remove Facebook Account from Auto.am website

When registering users with Facebook account on Auto.am website, the website uses your name, e-mail address mentioned on Facebook.

The subscribers’ personal data, email addresses, phone numbers are only used for registration on Auto.am webpage, phone number confirmation and in case Auto.am needs to contact them.

In order to remove your account from Facebook, you need to open Facebook page, enter your account, tap on the three points button right next to Edit Profile, tap Profile and Tagging, in the opened menu on the left tap Apps and websites. In the opened page you’ll see the apps and websites attached to your Facebook account. Choose Auto.am in the list and tap Remove, in the opened page tap Remove again.

If you have no access to your account at auto.am You may ask us to delete or remove your Personal Data by our contact page. https://auto.am/en/contacts 

You can sign in to the website via your Facebook account at any time in the future.

10. Software: The web and application software is the property of AM Automotive Ltd and is protected by copyright law. Any kind of use of the web and application software is prohibited by law.
