Problems with payments

Placement of advertisements on Auto.am is free of charge. Payments are anticipated only for additional services, offered in the sale section. We can change or cancel partly or completely the type and amount of additional paid services, offered on Auto.am, at our sole discretion and at any time, warning the visitors about the changes beforehand.

Payment for services does not imply special treatment for the given advertisement. If the advertisement violates the Terms of Use of the website, is placed in an incorrect section or contains improper information, it will be deleted. In that case, it will not be restored, the service will not extend to other advertisements, and the paid sum will not be refunded.

In case of any technical issues on the website that resulted in failure of activation of a paid service, Auto.am guarantees full implementation of the service for the given client in case they provide proof of payment (receipt, digital bank reference/receipt). According to the Terms of Use, the sum paid for services is not refunded.

Activation of paid services can fail both due to issues on the websites and issues in the payment systems on Auto.am. In such cases, clients should apply to customer service of the mentioned payment systems or the bank where they hold cards.
