My Ads

You can place up to 10 free ads for vehicle sale in the My ads section.

You can also edit, activate or deactivate the ads, extends their term or delete them, check the views statistics and use Sell Faster service.

If you are a businessperson and prefer submitting more than 10 ads a day, we recommend you to register as an Auto Dealer. Detailed information on this service is available here: Become a Dealer.

You need to Sign up on the website to place a sale advertisement.

Once you complete the registration, enter My ads section on My Page, select Place ad button or simply click on Sell button on the home page. You will be directed to the ad form page.

- Select the type of vehicle in Category field,

- Fill all necessary fields marked with red * sign,

- In the Price field, select the currency you need first, so that it shows in the advertisement. You must indicate if the vehicle has customs clearance.

- If you want to indicate a phone number for the given ad, enter it in the Additional phone number field.

- Select and upload the photos. You can post up to 8 photos.

- Once you filled all fields, you can post the advertisement. Placing ads on the website is free of charge. Click on Place ad button, and your advertisement will appear on the website.

The period for placing an ad on the site is 60 days.

- If you do not want to extend the publication period after 60 days, the ad will be removed from the site. Before removal, you will receive a warning letter that the term is expiring.

- If you want to extend the publication period, you can click the Extend button in the My Ads section, and the publication period will be extended by 60 days.

- If you want your ad to have better visibility, you can use Sell Faster service. Choose the preferred option and click on Place ad and Pay button.

- You can also save your ad without posting it. You can activate it in the My Ads section at any time later.

How do I edit or delete the advertisement?

- In order to edit or delete your ads, you need to select the ad up for editing or deleting in the My ads section and click on the blue pen button. You will be directed to the ad page, where you can make necessary changes and click Save button in the bottom of the page.

How do I extend the term of the advertisement?

- If you want to extend the term of the advertisement, click on the clock button and follow the instructions.

What do I do if my car doesn’t get sold for a long time?

- If your vehicle doesn’t get sold for a long time, we recommend reconsidering the price.

- In order to give your ad better visibility, you can use Sell Faster service. Choose the preferred option and activate it. That service makes your ad more visible and increases the number of views by several times.

The views statistics

- You can see the statistics of the views for active ads on the Advertisements page. By clicking on the figure you can see the daily chart of last month views.

- We recommend using Sell Faster service to increase the number of views. Choose the preferred option and activate it. That service makes your ad more visible and increases the number of views by several times.

If your advertisement has been deleted or blocked

- We inform all users about the necessity to follow Auto.am’s Terms of Use when they register and post ads. Unfortunately, many users don’t read the terms or ignore them.

- Violation of the website rules hinders normal operation of the website and causes confusion among buyers. Our system finds violators with the help of monitoring and complaints from our visitors and responds operatively.

- If you violate Terms of Use of the website, your account will be blocked and your ads will be deleted.

- In order to avoid that, we ask you to read Terms of Use of Auto.am.

If a paid ad is deleted, what happens to the service fee?

- The advertisement that violates the rules of the website gets deleted regardless of whether additional services were used.

- If the ad was blocked as a result of violation of the Terms of Use, the service fee will not be refunded.
